Track Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. Your order may ship in multiple packages from different warehouses. If you have an account with us, you can also login to see your order status and shipping details.
US Shipping

Orders are typically processed in 1-2 business days.

We try our hardest to maintain up to date inventory levels, however occasionally items may be out of stock. If this occurs, we will contact you to let you know the item is on backorder and to see how you would like to proceed.

Your order may arrive in multiple shipments with multiple tracking numbers.

If you need an item by a specific date, please contact us before ordering to ensure we can meet your needs.

We cannot ship to PO boxes.

Standard Shipping - FREE for all orders in Contiguous US

Standard shipping typically arrives in 2-5 business days after shipping, typically via USPS. Standard shipping applies to orders shipped in the contiguous US only. You will receive notifications with  tracking number(s) after the order has shipped. Most orders ship out within 1 business day.

Expedited & International Shipping

Expedited, APO/FPO and international shipping options are available for most orders. 

Expedited orders generally must be received by 1PM EST to be processed same day and cannot be processed on weekends and holidays.

International Shipping
If you're outside of the continental US, contact us with the items you're interested in and the shipping details and we'll provide a quote for you. For international orders, the customer will become the importer of record and is responsible for ensuring the items ordered can lawfully be imported into their country. Recipients may be subject to import taxes, duties or fees levied by their respective customs. These can vary widely and we have no way to predict what they may be. We are not responsible for import taxes, customs duties or fees. If the customer does not accept the package, any fees we incur for loss or return shipping will be deducted from issued credits. If the cost is more than the order, no credit will be issued.
Incorrect/Missing Items

Please inspect all packages as soon as you receive them. If you feel you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours. If no attempts to contact us have been made within 48 hours of delivery, we assume the items were received correctly. Some orders arrive in multiple shipments, so be sure to check all tracking numbers. 

Incorrect/Damaged Items

In the event you received an incorrect or missing item, first and foremost, we apologize for the inconvenience! Please keep ALL shipping and product packaging and contact us as soon as possible with the following information:

  • Your name and order number
  • The affected product name
  • How is the item incorrect or damaged?
  • Have you tried it on and does it fit?
  • Is the item unworn/unwashed? All items must be unworn and unwashed.

Once received we'll take care of it right away!

Missing Delivery

After an order is marked as delivered by the courier to the address provided, we are no longer responsible for the security of packages. If you would like to make your order Signature Required, please contact us before placing your order. Some high-risk regions and business addresses may require signatures as determined by the couriers. In the event of a missing package, please work with the courier to file a complaint.

We offer Route+ Package Protection as an optional service. You can chose to add this optional coverage at check-out to protect yourself from missing or stolen packages. In the event a package is lost, stolen or missing, you can file a claim easily through Route.

Neon Minx covers damaged items and orders that were incorrectly delivered due to an error on our behalf. However, standard shipping only includes liability up to delivery. After an item is delivered, we are not liable for its security nor for theft that occurs after delivery.

If you live in an area that is prone to package theft or cannot be home to receive your orders, we highly recommend adding Route+ Package Protection to your orders for peace of mind. If you chose to add Route, you can protect your packages even after they are delivered, if they are lost, stolen or damaged. Route will cover the cost of items affected by claims (less shipping fees, taxes and the Route premium).

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours with no fee. Orders that have already been shipped and processed may not be cancelled. We process orders quickly in order to get them to you quickly, so once we have started the process orders are no longer cancellable unless an item is out of stock. 
Out of Stock & Backordered Items
We try our hardest to maintain up to date inventory levels, however occasionally items may be out of stock. If this occurs, we will contact you to let you know the item is on backorder and to see how you would like to proceed. For out of stock items, you will have the option to wait, swap or cancel. 
Return Policy

We want you to love your looks! But, in the event you are unsatisfied, you can return eligible items back to us within 30 days from the date of purchase. All eligible items must be returned as they were delivered, including all items in sets and all original tags and packaging, in original unworn condition. Items that are Final Sale and ineligible for return, either for refund or credit. Please view non-eligible and final sale items below, and our separate costume policy.

We don't offer exchanges on sizes or colors as our stock changes rapidly. You are welcome to place a new order for wait for your return to be processed in the meantime.

We issue one (1) return authorization per order, so please be sure to try all eligible items in your order in the event you need to return. Items must be returned as a complete set in original, unworn and unsoiled condition. If we do not receive the complete set, we will not be able to process the return until we do. All items must include original tags, packaging and Return Authorization (RA) number.

Policy Exclusions and Final Sale

  • NeonMinx does not accept returns on worn items or items subject to destructive conditions.
  • Last Chance Sale and Final Sale items.
  • Panties.
  • Hosiery.
  • Bodystockings.
  • Men's briefs and boxers.
  • Other lingerie that comes in direct contact with genitals or includes items in the set that are ineligible.
  • Pasties and adhesive items.
  • Wigs.
  • Sex games, sex gifts, tape, candy or bondage items and bondage kits.
  • Sexual wellness items like vibrators, massage oil, lubes, body paint, soaps, candles, lotion, candles etc.
  • Gift cards cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash.
  • Items the smell of body odor, cigarettes or perfume.
  • Items with lotion, oils or glitter  on them.
  • Items with human or animal hair on them.
  • Soiled or stained items.
  • Laundered items.
  • Items missing original packaging.
  • Items not returned as a complete set.

Before you try items on, ensure your skin is clean of oils, lotions, glitter, deodorant, tanner, cosmetics, pet hair, human hair and other substances that may stain or soil apparel. Wear your own briefs when trying items on.

Health regulations provide that soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered apparel can not be taken back. For these items, we accept returns only for manufacturing defects, notified within 5 business days of delivery. As lingerie and swimwear is delicate by nature, we offer no warranty once the tags are removed. Please contact us via email with clear pictures of the problem and we will work together to find a solution.

Items above are not eligible for return and will be disposed of without refund or store credit issued. Incorrectly returned items can be returned to the customer at the cost of shipping.

Returns must include a valid RMA # and original labels, packaging, tags, and any applicable sanitary covering. We only issue one (1) RMA per order.

Shipping Fees

Original shipping costs are not refundable. We will issue a refund/store credit for the eligible items and taxes if applied, less the original shipping fee. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.We recommend using an insured, traceable method and cannot be held accountable for lost packages.

Costume Return Policy

Halloween costumes are returnable for store credit only, within 30 days of the purchase date. All standard exclusions and policies above apply. Items that have been worn, laundered, soiled, or have tags removed or are not in original condition are not returnable. Panties, hosiery, bodystockings, sex toys/games/bondage kits etc, wigs and all other intimate items remain non-returnable.

Coupons
Have a coupon code? You can enter it on the cart page, near the checkout button. All discounts, store credit and coupon codes must be applied at time of order. If you have difficulty applying a valid code, please feel free to contact us for support.
Incorrect Addresses & Returned Deliveries

It is your responsibility to provide your correct address during checkout. In the event the courier cannot deliver to your address and the order is returned to us, we will contact you for the correct address and to pay for the cost of re-shipping the order to you. If we cannot get in touch with you, we will issue a credit less the cost of shipping along with $7 administration fee.

If your order is rejected or not accepted for delivery, you will be charged the cost of return shipping back to us and a $7 administration fee.
